Business Development Manager (On-Site Kuala Lumpur)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to support business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge, market insights, and professional networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Create and execute business development strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and expand client base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives and improve customer engagement.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support market expansion efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Malay (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a related sector.
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading environments (e.g., Forex, equities, or similar industries).
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
