Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Risk, Fraud & Payments to lead our client's risk operations for a new and dynamic iGaming company. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fraud prevention, risk management, and payment processing to ensure secure, smooth, and compliant transactions across our platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement risk, fraud, and payment strategies and procedures
• Monitor transactional activity to detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Ensure efficient and secure processing of player deposits and withdrawals
• Lead a team of analysts and payment specialists, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage
• Collaborate with Compliance, Customer Service, and Product teams to enhance processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Report on KPIs, fraud trends, and operational performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior Risk, Fraud, or Payments role within the iGaming industry
• In-depth knowledge of fraud detection systems, risk scoring, and payment gateways
• Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant tools and platforms
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
