We are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director – Shared Services to lead our client's outsourced operations in Risk, Fraud, and Payments, supporting a portfolio of clients in the iGaming and eCommerce sectors. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading large teams, and ensuring service delivery meets the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and scale shared services functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the operational team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in fraud prevention, risk management, and payments operations.
• Collaborate with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain robust governance frameworks.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Risk, Fraud, or Payments operations.
• Background in iGaming, eCommerce, or other regulated B2B service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Strong operational and strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Malta or Spain
