Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Casino to lead the casino vertical for our client's new iGaming brand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the overall casino strategy, managing provider relationships, driving game performance, and ensuring an engaging and competitive player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the casino product strategy to drive growth, retention, and revenue
  • Manage relationships with game providers and negotiate commercial terms
  • Oversee the game portfolio, including content planning, performance analysis, and optimisation
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, and BI teams to align promotional and product strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and player preferences to maintain a best-in-class casino product
  • Lead and grow a high-performing casino operations team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior Casino Management role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of casino platforms, games, and provider landscape
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance monitoring and reporting
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
