Location: Cyprus – Remote work available for night shifts
Salary: €2,300 gross per month

Working Hours/Shifts: 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, 12:00–20:00, 18:00–03:00, 20:00–06:00

On behalf of our client, a reputable company within the iGaming sector, we are currently seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their growing support team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have a strong command of the German language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Provide accurate information on the company’s products and services
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the internal systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed and resolved

This position offers flexibility for those covering night shifts to work from home. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
