Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent (Relocation to Limassol)
Our client is a rapidly expanding B2B service provider offering a wide range of IT and customer-oriented solutions to businesses across various industries worldwide, they are currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat and email.
- Provide timely, empathetic, and efficient support to customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Stay up to date with product features, terms, and promotions.
- Conduct initial investigations into queries and technical concerns.
- Work rotating shifts (Monday–Friday): 09:00–18:00, 13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong typing skills and overall computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in online customer support is a strong advantage.
