We’re working with a fast-growing iGaming company, a fresh and dynamic startup, looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join at an exciting stage of its growth.

This is much more than a traditional finance role. You’ll initially be hands-on, owning finance, accounting, cash flow, payments and reporting, while also becoming a key strategic partner to the CEO.

The role starts fully remote and will eventually move to a highly flexible hybrid setup. You’ll also play an important role in finding and establishing the company’s future office, giving you a genuine opportunity to shape how the business develops.

The Role

• Own day-to-day finance, accounting, cash flow and payments.

• Manage reporting, forecasting, AP/AR, payroll and financial records.

• Work closely with banks, PSPs, auditors and other financial partners.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax and relevant gaming duties.

• Support budgeting, financial planning and strategic decisions.

• Build processes and gradually develop and manage the finance function as the company grows.

• Be hands-on initially, with the opportunity to evolve into a broader leadership and strategic position.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant.

• Experience in iGaming, Fintech, Payments or another fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.

• Strong accounting, cash management and reporting skills.

• Comfortable working directly with banks, PSPs and external partners.

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and proactive, someone who wants to build rather than simply maintain.
