Our client, a rapidly expanding and well-established Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in shaping the firm’s financial operations.

Your Role

• Act as a strategic partner, contributing to financial planning and operational decisions

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, driving performance and efficiency

• Review and approve VAT returns, VIES forms, and statutory submissions

• Prepare and analyse management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, tax authorities, and external stakeholders

• Advise clients on accounting, VAT, and compliance matters

• Monitor project profitability, invoicing, and cash collection

• Present financial insights to senior leadership, supporting business decisions

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years’ experience within an audit firm, including at least 3 years post-qualification

• Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting standards and regulatory framework

• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g. E-soft, Odoo)

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

• Professional, reliable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
