Your Mission

Turn raw content into a viral distribution machine:

• Scale from 10 → 100 → 1000 clips per week

• Dominate TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Build and manage a global clipping network

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a high-volume clipping operation

• Spot viral moments instantly and act fast

• Craft high-impact hooks (first 1–2 seconds are critical)

• Launch and scale multiple content pages

• Recruit and manage:

  • Editors

  • UGC creators

  • Affiliate clippers

• Create distribution systems (Discord, Telegram, creator ecosystems)

• Track performance and aggressively scale what works

Who You Are

• Proven experience growing short-form content pages

• Deep understanding of:

  • Retention

  • Watch time

  • Virality mechanics

• Execution-driven mindset: speed over perfection

• You think in volume and output, not just aesthetics

• Obsessed with:

  • Algorithms

  • Trends

  • Scroll-stopping content

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling a clipping network
