We are assisting our client in Dubai that is looking for a highly driven and experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead with a strong background in the forex and trading industry. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our global affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs.

The ideal candidate understands both digital marketing and the unique dynamics of the forex, CFD, and crypto space, and can drive measurable growth through partnerships, affiliates, and performance marketing channels.

With affiliate marketing increasingly shifting toward content creators, influencers, and community leaders, this role will also focus on recruiting and managing partners with strong digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, IBs, and content creators.

• Scale the affiliate network across key regions including MENA, Africa, Asia, Europe, and LATAM.

• Negotiate competitive commission structures and incentive models aligned with company goals.

Digital Presence & Creator Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and sign influencers, traders, and educators with strong followings across social platforms.

• Partner with affiliates who manage private communities (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp groups, online academies) to promote brokerage and funding programs.

• Develop co-branded campaigns, sponsored content, and cross-promotions with digital creators.

• Track and optimize ROI from influencer-driven traffic.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders.

• Act as the main point of contact for affiliate queries, approvals, and escalations.

• Organize and lead affiliate/IB events, webinars, and influencer campaigns.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance using KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROI, FTDs, deposits, and trading volumes.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

• Collaborate with data and product teams to improve attribution, tracking, and reporting accuracy.

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Work with creative and content teams to produce affiliate marketing assets (banners, landing pages, promo codes, video creatives).

• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal guidelines across all campaigns.

• Launch special promotions during high-volatility and seasonal trading periods (elections, NFP, Black Friday, etc.).

Strategy & Leadership

• Design scalable affiliate acquisition strategies to expand global reach.

• Lead and mentor a small team of affiliate managers and assistants.

• Analyze competitor affiliate programs and recommend innovative improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the forex, CFD, or crypto brokerage industry (mandatory).

• Proven success recruiting and scaling influencers and content creators with measurable growth results.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Deep understanding of forex KPIs including FTDs, trading volumes, churn rates, and reward structures.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, PartnerStack, Impact) and CRM tools.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and community-driven growth.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

• Existing network of affiliates, IBs, influencers, and trading educators is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Multilingual skills (Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, or other global languages) are preferred.
