Recruiter4You is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Cyprus to recruit a driven and dedicated Audit professional to join their growing Audit team. Reporting directly to the Senior Audit Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform audits for multiple clients across various industries (including investment, finance, and trading) in line with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations in accordance with IFRS and Cyprus tax legislation

• Review audit work performed by junior team members, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance prior to Senior Manager review

• Assist with staff allocation, audit planning, budgeting, and monitoring engagement progress

• Maintain direct communication with clients and internal departments to gather information and address ongoing matters

• Monitor daily audit progress and report regularly to the Senior Audit Manager

• Support, train, and mentor junior staff, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

• Attend client meetings and ensure audit deliverables meet client expectations

• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining strong organisational standards

• Perform additional audit-related duties as required

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA qualified, with a university degree in Accounting (an IT-related degree is considered an advantage)

• 5+ years’ experience within an audit firm, including at least 3 years post-qualification

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, Cyprus tax legislation, and CaseWare

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage

• IT literate, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
