Recruiter4You is partnering with a reputable professional services firm in Cyprus to recruit a Payroll Supervisor to join their Accounting team. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is ideal for an experienced payroll professional looking to take ownership of payroll operations while developing further within a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Communicate directly with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll-related information

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records

• Process salary adjustments, back pay, bonuses, and termination payments

• Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (TD7, TD63)

• Handle registrations and ongoing communication with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani

• Ensure accurate calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions

• Monitor ongoing compliance with payroll legislation and statutory reporting deadlines

• Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting

• Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and AP/AR support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 4–5 years’ experience in payroll or a related accounting role

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities in Cyprus

• Hands-on experience with payroll and accounting systems (e.g. E-soft, Odoo, or similar)

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills

• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively

• Capable of working independently while contributing positively within a team environment

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English

• IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable working with digital systems

• High level of integrity with a proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
