We are supporting a well-established group of companies operating in the Payments and Trading space in their search for a Junior Accountant to join their team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry and reconciliations

• Assist with financial reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks

• Work extensively with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and calculations

• Collaborate with senior finance team members on month-end activities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role

• Very strong Excel skills and solid numerical/mathematical abilities

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Experience or exposure to crypto payments is a strong advantage and will be a key differentiating factor during the assessment

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
