We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing gaming company that is scaling rapidly and helping shape the future of interactive entertainment. Our client is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to support the business across a broad range of legal matters as the company continues its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies

• Support compliance with Maltese and EU regulations relevant to the gaming industry

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives

• Assist with day-to-day legal queries and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Law degree from a Maltese University

• Previous experience in a legal role (gaming, tech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage)

• Strong understanding of Maltese and EU legal frameworks

• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
