Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire single permit application process for clients, including preparation, review, and submission to relevant authorities.
• Ensure meticulous accuracy and completeness of all required documentation, maintaining up-to-date client files.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries regarding employee relocation and permit applications.
• Maintain professional and timely correspondence with both clients and relevant governmental authorities.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for resolving any issues or challenges arising throughout the application process.
• Accompany clients to governmental authorities when necessary to facilitate procedures.
• Assist with general corporate and administrative duties as required by the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a comparable corporate or administrative role.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal Maltese and English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
