We are hiring on behalf of a client seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Designer to own and elevate the user experience of a fast-growing B2C marketplace in the creator economy. This is a senior, high-impact role—not an execution-only position—working closely with US-based leadership to shape product flows, systems, and visual language at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI across key web and mobile product surfaces

• Design intuitive user flows for marketplace dynamics (creators, users, monetization)

• Produce high-quality Figma work (components, auto-layouts, variants, design systems)

• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams in the US

• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into elegant UX solutions

• Maintain high visual and interaction standards across the product

• Iterate quickly using feedback, data, and real user behavior

Must-Have Requirements

• Expert-level Figma skills (non-negotiable)

• Strong UX and visual/graphic design background

• Experience at a reputable B2C company or marketplace

• System-level thinking (not just screens)

• Near-native English for daily calls and written communication

• Comfortable designing for the adult / creator economy

• Availability during EST hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with creator platforms, subscriptions, or social products

• Design system ownership at scale

• Marketplace or two-sided platform experience

• Based in Bucharest or open to relocating
