We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Trading Support Specialist with direct experience in Forex and Futures trading, ideally someone who has actively traded futures markets themselves. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of futures order execution, margin, platform behavior, and trade lifecycle management, with mandatory familiarity with Tradovate. This is a client-facing operational and technical role supporting our prop trading futures program and broader trading infrastructure.

Trading & Platform Expertise

Direct experience trading Futures markets is REQUIRED (CME preferred).

Strong understanding of forex and futures trading concepts, including leverage, margin requirements, order types, slippage, liquidity, and market microstructure.

Mandatory familiarity with Tradovate (platform navigation, order flow, risk limits, account management).

Experience with trading platforms such as MT5, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, MatchTrader, etc.

Experience analyzing execution anomalies, trade discrepancies, and platform data logs.

Operational & Technical Skills

Familiarity with multiple payment methods, including cryptocurrencies, local/international rails, and PSPs.

Strong English communication skills (written & oral).

Proficiency in Power BI and strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).

Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Google Apps Script.

Working knowledge of Zendesk, Confluence, and JIRA.

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Considered an Asset

Experience working with third-party PSPs.

Basic coding in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.

Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier.

Previous experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or trading support.

Knowledge of dispute resolution and chargeback processes.

Experience monitoring or managing risk parameters in a trading environment.

Trading & Futures Program Support

Manage the Live Program for our Futures Product (Main Responsibility).

Monitor trader activity, risk parameters, account progression, and compliance with program rules.

Liaise with traders regarding account upgrades/downgrades, rule violations, resets, and account transitions.

Coordinate with risk and development teams to ensure smooth operation of the live futures program.

Analyze trading logs and platform data to validate executions and resolve anomalies.

Oversee automated and manual workflows tied to program steps, scaling, and payouts.

Other Responsibilities:

Handle client-facing operational queries via email, ensuring all responses meet SLA timelines using Zendesk.

Collaborate with third-party providers to maintain and troubleshoot trading platform integrations.

Support maintenance and improvement of operational workflows and internal processes.

Assist in building and maintaining reporting dashboards for operational and trading performance.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reporting for management using Excel, Google Sheets, and automation tools.
