Team Lead – LATAM Market (iGaming, Malta)
Our client is a leading online gaming provider creating innovative and engaging slots enjoyed by players around the world. They are now seeking a passionate and driven Team Lead – LATAM Market to join their Malta office.
If you have proven leadership or Key Account Management experience, a strong understanding of the LATAM market, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your iGaming career. You’ll play a key role in building lasting client relationships, leading a talented team, and driving growth across one of the company’s most dynamic regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on the LATAM market, driving performance and results.
- Act as the main point of contact for key LATAM clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism, organization, and a proactive mindset.
- Oversee day-to-day client relationships and revenue streams across a diverse product portfolio (Slots, Scratchcards, Instant Win games).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Analyze product and campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.
- Monitor promotional activities, identifying new opportunities and resolving issues efficiently.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall company KPIs.
- Promote company products and stay informed about the latest market trends and innovations.
- Represent the company at iGaming industry events and exhibitions when required.
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management, Commercial, or Team Leadership roles within the iGaming industry.
- In-depth understanding of the LATAM market, including its commercial and regulatory landscape.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required; strong command of English is essential.
- Proven leadership and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue or performance targets.
- Solid commercial awareness and experience managing client agreements.
Please note: this is an office-based role in Malta.
