Position: Marketing Director – Sweden
Location: Malta or Remote from Stockholm

About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a prominent player in the iGaming industry, seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts for the Swedish market. This role offers the flexibility to work either on-site at the Malta office or remotely from Stockholm.

As Marketing Director, you will define and execute the marketing roadmap for the Swedish Market, working closely with the Country Director and Chief Regional Officer. Your primary focus will be to drive impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, accelerate player acquisition, and ensure sustainable growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline channels tailored to the Swedish market
• Lead planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation of all marketing activities
• Develop market penetration strategies in compliance with Swedish regulations and consumer behavior trends
• Build and maintain high-impact partnerships and media opportunities through your established network in the iGaming industry
• Monitor and optimize KPIs across all marketing functions to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Oversee and guide internal teams across key disciplines, including:
• SEO strategy and implementation
• Media buying and planning
• Affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within iGaming or related digital entertainment sectors
• Deep understanding of the Swedish market, including regulatory environment and player preferences
• Strong network across the global iGaming and digital marketing community
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and executing integrated campaigns
• Analytical mindset with expertise in performance tracking and marketing analytics tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage
