Our client, a leading player in the iGaming consulting sector, is currently looking to hire an experienced PSP Manager to join their dynamic Payments team. This is a strategic role focused on managing relationships with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs), optimizing payment operations, and contributing to the overall payment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of existing PSP relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA tracking, and regular performance reviews.
• Develop and execute the global payment strategy in alignment with senior leadership.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs to support scalability and redundancy needs.
• Monitor and report on key payment KPIs such as approval rates, transaction costs, fraud rates, and chargebacks, and drive data-informed improvements.
• Lead the resolution of major payment issues, coordinating across departments when needed.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and technical efficiency.
• Initiate and lead projects to increase payment success rates, enhance user experience, and reduce operational costs.
• Keep abreast of payment trends, technologies, and regulatory developments, bringing innovation and strategic insights to the table.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations, with at least 2 years managing PSP relationships.
• Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, including card schemes, gateways, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
