We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating new business opportunities and driving advertiser acquisition.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, optimizing sales performance, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs through coaching, performance management, and regular one-to-one meetings.
Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone channels.
Monitor and improve key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, meetings booked, and activity levels.
Drive the adoption and optimization of sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
Work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lead qualification and handover processes.
Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline performance, team productivity, and business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of CRM and sales engagement tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Fluency in English and French/Italian is essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
