Our client is a global AI-powered Revenue Operations company supporting some of the world's leading AdTech, CTV, Retail, Consumer and Publishing businesses. With 3,000+ employees across multiple international offices, they help clients optimize digital advertising through technology, automation and operational excellence.

They're looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Specialist with hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly within Google Ad Manager.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns from launch through completion.

  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.

  • Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues alongside technical teams.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Act as the operational point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency and execution.

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years' experience in Media Operations, Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Account Management or Client Success.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (essential).

  • Experience working with display advertising campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau or DSPs such as DV360 is considered a plus.

  • Fluent English and native or fluent Spanish.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
