Head of Product – Stockholm (Relocation Supported)
We are partnering with one of the most successful and innovative companies in the iGaming space, currently looking for a Head of Product to drive the development and growth of their future game portfolio.
This is a highly strategic leadership position with ownership over product vision, roadmap, and concept pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in determining what games are built, why they are built, and how they contribute to the long-term success of the business.
Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and production stakeholders, you will balance creativity, market opportunity, and commercial performance to deliver engaging products that resonate with players globally.

The Role
As Head of Product, you will lead the creation and evolution of the game portfolio, ensuring a continuous pipeline of innovative and commercially successful concepts.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining and owning the overall product strategy and vision
Leading ideation, evaluation, and development of new game concepts
Identifying market trends, player behaviours, and emerging opportunities
Driving product innovation and feature development
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of Game Design Documents (GDDs)
Building and maintaining a structured pipeline of future concepts
Acting as the key product authority across the organisation
Collaborating closely with commercial, production, and management teams
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in Product Leadership within iGaming, Gaming, or a related digital entertainment sector
Strong understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, and product strategy
Proven ability to develop successful product roadmaps and concept pipelines
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of market dynamics
Ability to make strategic decisions while balancing creativity and business objectives
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
