We are assisting an innovative and fast-growing company in the online gaming sector in the search for an Operation Manager to join their team. The role is fully remote, with regular Business Trips.

Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and mentor the Sportsbook & Casino Operations team.
Set goals, define KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide training, guidance, and support to strengthen operational capability.
Sportsbook Operations Oversight, Oversee sports configuration, live event monitoring, and market accuracy.
Ensure effective odds management, event integrity, and risk escalation.
Support QA testing for new sportsbook features, tools, and releases.
Casino Operations Oversight
Coordinate with game providers regarding updates, promotions, and issue resolutions.
Oversee bonus configuration, casino promotions, and campaign execution.
Monitor casino performance and identify abnormal player or game patterns.
Payments & Platform Stability: Supervise daily deposit and withdrawal monitoring, including gateway follow-ups.
Ensure timely resolution of operational or production issues through escalation management.
Operational Optimization Develop, refine, and document internal workflows and SOPs.
Improve team efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
Lead operational projects such as tool migrations, integrations, and feature rollouts.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Risk, CS, Tech, and Affiliates to support campaigns, releases, and operational needs.
Coordinate platform updates, promotions, and issue resolutions across departments.
Reporting & Insights
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reporting.
Analyze trends, identify risks or opportunities, and present recommendations to leadership.
Compliance & Risk Handling
Ensure operations follow internal policies and industry best practices.
Oversee risk identification, suspicious activity escalation, and fraud monitoring processes.

Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in iGaming operations, sportsbook or casino operations, or a related managerial role.

Language: Strong written and spoken Chinese and English.

Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-pressure environments.

Operation Knowledge: Strong understanding of sportsbook markets, casino operations, and promotional mechanics.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with back-office systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and operational dashboards.

Flexible Scheduling: Flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, or major sporting events.

Crypto Familiarity: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain-based platforms is an advantage.

Nice to Have:
•Familiar with top online crypto casinos.
•Experience working with major sportsbook providers (e.g., Betradar, BetConstruct, Digitain, etc.).
•Knowledge of fraud detection and risk management processes in a sportsbook environment.
•Previous involvement in sportsbook product testing or platform migrations.
•Passion for emerging trends in sports betting, esports, or crypto gaming.
