Recruiter4You is assisting a well-established fintech and iGaming company in the search for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong understanding of player behaviour, gamification, and conversion-driven design within online casino or betting environments. You will play a key role in shaping engaging, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The Role:

• Design user-centric interfaces for casino, sportsbook, and gamified environments

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and product strategy

• Optimise player journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion

• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, and Development teams

• Conduct usability testing and apply data-driven improvements

• Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI consistency across platforms

• Ensure seamless implementation of designs with front-end teams

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or high-conversion digital platforms

• Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile product design

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools

• Understanding of player engagement mechanics and UX best practices

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The Offer:

• Salary in the region of €40,000–€50,000, depending on experience
