Sales Manager (Remote or Malta)

Our client, a fast-growing company operating in the Payments space, is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to support and scale their commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the payments industry, with strong exposure to iGaming and technology clients. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition across iGaming and tech verticals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Represent the company at international industry events and conferences
Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the sales strategy
Support the long-term goal of building and scaling a dedicated sales department
Requirements:
Experience in the payments / fintech industry
Proven background selling to iGaming and/or tech clients
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel internationally for events and client meetings
Self-starter mindset with the ambition to grow a function
