Recruiter4You is supporting a new and fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook in the search for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale its global affiliate program.

The Role

As Affiliate Manager, you will take ownership of the affiliate channel, driving traffic, player acquisition, and revenue through high-performing partnerships. This is a hands-on role where performance is rewarded directly through a clear, net-revenue-based bonus structure.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a strong affiliate network while ensuring quality traffic, compliance, and long-term partner value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with the brand and target markets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates

• Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance to maximise ROI

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and creative initiatives

• Manage affiliate budgets and commission structures effectively

• Negotiate and manage CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals

• Provide hands-on operational support to streaming and content partners

• Stay up to date with iGaming, crypto, and affiliate marketing trends

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, ideally crypto casinos or sports betting

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and online acquisition strategies

• Established network of iGaming affiliates, particularly SEO review sites

• Experience working with major iGaming affiliate platforms and networks

• Solid knowledge of regional markets and regulatory considerations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Direct experience with online crypto casinos

• Good understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based products

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid traffic funnels, or growth marketing
