Our client a well established CSP is seeking a full-time on-site-role for Account Managers in the Accounts Department.

The Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage client accounts, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (e.g. tax, audit, financial statements).
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of accounting staff.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA qualified or in final stages).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in corporate services, accounting firms, or professional services industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in accounting software (particularly Xero) and MS Excel.

Salary is 50-60k
