We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing gaming company based in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure liquidity for operations.

• Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.

• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, corporate tax, and gaming duties.

• Manage office administration, including contracts, licenses, and insurance policies.

• Coordinate with external partners, such as payment processors, auditors, and legal advisors.

• Maintain organized and secure financial and administrative documentation.

• Support HR tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and management.

• Liaise with banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and Marketing, to ensure smooth operations.

• Act as a point of contact for financial and administrative inquiries.
