Reporting to the Optimisation Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing internal and external systems, fine-tuning tools while ensuring smooth operation, onboarding new PSPs into the platform, and maintaining communication between different technical departments and clients on open service tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Managing internal and external systems as well as fine-tuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation;

• Onboarding of new PSPs into the platform;
• Focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and tools for better platform performance;

• Regularly monitoring PSP performance and diagnosing problems;
• Being available on-call outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues;

• Working alongside Payment Product and Payment Operations teams and delivering their needs accordingly;

• Sending reports when required to team leaders/managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on work experience in Payment Optimisation;
  
• History of successfully executing PSP routing and configuration tasks independently;
• Previous work experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong plus;
• Demonstrated experience with payment method performance analysis;
• Practical knowledge and experience with PaymentIQ, Praxis and/or other payment aggregators;
• Proficiency in SQL & CSS will be considered a plus;
• Strong command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
