Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Head of Customer Service to lead our support operations and ensure an exceptional player experience for our new iGaming brand. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the customer service team, defining support standards, and implementing best-in-class processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy and vision for customer service operations
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing support team
- Define KPIs and ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded
- Implement tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and enhance the player journey
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior customer service role within the iGaming industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of support operations, metrics, and customer satisfaction
- Hands-on experience with customer service tools and live support platforms
- Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
