We’re currently partnering with a leading provider of risk management, fraud prevention, and payment processing solutions tailored for the global iGaming and digital entertainment sectors. With operations across multiple jurisdictions and licenses, they help gaming operators run secure, efficient, and fully compliant platforms.

To support their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Risk Payment Fraud Analyst for their team.

Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring: Monitor customer transactions (deposits and withdrawals) to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• KYC Verification: Review and validate customer KYC documents in line with regulatory requirements.
• Fraud Detection: Use various tools and techniques to identify and prevent fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse and account takeovers.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk evaluations on both new and existing player accounts and recommend appropriate measures.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Support, Compliance, and external Payment Providers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the MLRO when necessary.
• Process Improvement: Assist in refining internal procedures related to risk, fraud, payments, and AML.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support management with additional projects as required.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within iGaming or online financial services.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Curaçao, Anjouan, or Kahnawake license frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Sharp analytical skills and the ability to spot irregular transaction patterns.
• Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Confident using payment monitoring systems, anti-fraud tools, and intermediate Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexible: Open to working shifts, including evenings and weekends.
