Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of CRM to lead and develop our client's customer relationship strategy for a new and fast-growing iGaming company. You will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the CRM strategy across all customer touchpoints
• Manage segmentation, automation, and personalisation of campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and customer data to drive improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure a cohesive player experience
• Build and lead a high-performing CRM team as the company grows

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior CRM role within the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
