Contract Type: Service Agreement
Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Mon–Fri, 12:00–21:00 EEST (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $4,000 – $5,500 gross/month (based on experience and skills)
Reports To: Chief Technical Officer

Our client is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help them build intuitive, modern interfaces. Your contributions will extend beyond coding, you’ll be actively involved in product and technical decisions that directly shape how users interact with our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop the user interface of a single-page application using a modern JavaScript framework
• Work closely with developers, the CTO, product owner, and QA team to turn ideas into high-quality, accessible web applications
• Contribute to product discussions and decisions—you’ll have a voice in what we build and how we build it
• Ensure the frontend is fully responsive and works seamlessly across both desktop and mobile devices
• Efficiently integrate frontend components with REST APIs to display and manage data
• Collaborate with QA to ensure full test coverage and maintain a high level of frontend quality
• Operate within a lean, focused team that values efficiency and results over unnecessary meetings and rituals

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, working with frameworks like React (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
• Familiarity with component libraries such as Shadcn, Shoelace, Material UI, Ant Design, or similar
• Strong grasp of SPA (Single Page Application) architecture and key concepts:
• State management (Redux, Vue)
• Client-side routing (React Router, Vue Router)
• Asynchronous programming (AJAX, Promises, async/await)
• API integration
• Proficient with Git version control
• Comfortable working in Unix-based environments
• Solid understanding of UX principles and translating design into intuitive user interfaces
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Bonus Points For:

• Deep expertise in React
• Familiarity with OpenAPI standards
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks
• Knowledge of SPA performance optimization
• Previous work in startups or the mental health space
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
