Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across the business, including regulatory, commercial, and compliance matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed
• Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments in Malta and the iGaming sector

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Maltese fluency is a strong plus
• Experience working in a local law firm or one of the Big Four is highly valued
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
