The Risk Officer safeguards the company from potential risks and minimizes exposure through monitoring and analysis.

Your Role:

• Approves bets and profiles Class A & B clients, tagging high-risk customers and setting limits.
• Adjusts customer limits based on betting activity.
• Handles queries on limits, classifications, and ticket restrictions.
• Monitors customer activity to detect risks or malicious behavior, taking preventive measures.
• Identifies fraud and follows procedures for transactions, account blocking, and checks.
• Investigates suspicious alerts with proper analysis and follow-up.
• Analyzes reports to spot risk patterns and implements mitigations.
• Identifies sportsbook weaknesses and escalates them.
• Prepares reports on customer profitability and risk profiling.
• Ensures event and player limits are accurate and corrected as needed.
• Reviews provider data for back-office and retail compliance.
• Suggests improvements to reduce risk exposure.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience in sports betting, online casinos, or financial trading is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
