They have entrusted Recruiter4You with looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Compliance and Onboarding to lead the development and execution of their compliance program while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience managing bank onboarding processes and leading a small, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with local and international standards, including KYC and AML frameworks.
• Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding experience for both clients and payment suppliers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small compliance and onboarding team.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks across products and processes.
• Implement scalable and automated compliance procedures aligned with the company's growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance practices into product and service development.
• Prepare and manage internal audits, regulatory reporting, and risk assessments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure readiness for inspections or regulatory reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior compliance or onboarding role, ideally in the banking or fintech sector.
• Proven expertise in bank onboarding and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing and motivating small teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient with compliance and onboarding tools or platforms.
• Experience in payments, digital onboarding systems, or regulatory tech solutions.
• Familiarity with high-risk sectors such as eCommerce, gaming, or financial trading.
