HR Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing tech company working with iGaming clients. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining efficient administrative operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employee relations.
- Assist in the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodations, including check-in/out, room conditions, and occupancy records.
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure cleanliness and safety of employee housing.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and proactively address any issues.
- Prepare reports on facility occupancy, conditions, and expenses.
- Organize and coordinate internal employee events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Promote employee events and initiatives through internal communication platforms.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Support broader HR initiatives that foster company culture, employee morale, and workplace satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in an HR assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
