Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, building long-lasting relationships through proactive and friendly communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, always aiming for high satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on the latest product features, services, and promotions to deliver real value to customers.
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within your portfolio of clients.
• Generate regular reports and insights from customer data to help enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support), with a strong record of success.
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required. English is also essential; knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and active listening.
• Confident using computers and typing quickly and accurately.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
