Our client is a rapidly expanding consulting firm that specializes in assisting iGaming businesses with payment-related issues. They are currently seeking a Configuration Specialist to join their dynamic team in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring both internal and external systems, optimizing alerts and notifications, integrating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into the platform, and facilitating communication between various technical departments and clients regarding open service tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize internal and external systems, ensuring their smooth operation.
• Configure new Merchant Identification Numbers (MIDs), PSPs, routing rules, alerts, and notifications within the platform.
• Focus on continuous improvement of configurations and tools to enhance platform performance.
• Ensure all configurations adhere to internal standardization processes.
• Be available on-call outside regular business hours to address urgent payment issues.
• Collaborate with Optimization Managers and Tech Support teams to meet their requirements.
• Generate reports as needed and deliver them to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with PaymentIQ, specifically in configuration and optimization.
• Familiarity with core payment processing and risk management tools (e.g., Scoring Risk Engines, KYC EDD Tools).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
