Monitor payment-related risks, including third-party payments, chargebacks, PSPs and crypto payment channels.
Prop Trading Compliance: Assess the regulatory treatment of simulated trading and prop trading products across jurisdictions. Review trader agreements, evaluation rules and payout structures, and establish controls against prohibited trading practices, account manipulation and trading abuse.
Forex/CFD Brokerage Compliance: Oversee client classification, suitability, best execution, client money protection, leverage requirements, conflicts of interest, market abuse, disclosures and trading conduct.
Policies & Monitoring: Develop and maintain compliance policies covering AML/KYC, sanctions, financial promotions, complaints, data protection, outsourcing, conflicts of interest, regulatory reporting and employee conduct. Implement risk-based monitoring, testing and remediation programmes.
Marketing & Client Protection: Review websites, campaigns, affiliate materials, financial promotions and client communications to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, including appropriate disclosures, risk warnings and jurisdictional restrictions.
Governance & Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the Board, oversee complaints and regulatory incidents, coordinate local compliance officers, deliver employee training and maintain appropriate records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Cross-Functional Oversight: Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure compliance risks are identified, controlled and documented across the Group.
