Head of Performance Media & Strategic Acquisition

We’re looking for a well-connected iGaming acquisition specialist who already has strong relationships with publishers, PPC partners, media-buying agencies, parasite SEO networks and traffic sources.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who knows the industry, knows who delivers, and can turn existing relationships into profitable player acquisition from day one.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage strategic acquisition partnerships across publishers, PPC, SEO and media-buying networks.

• Secure strong website placements, sponsored content and commercial partnerships.

• Own acquisition budgets, negotiate deals and scale the best-performing channels.

• Track FTDs, CPA, player value, retention, ROI and payback.

• Identify new opportunities and quickly turn them into revenue across multiple brands and markets.

• Ensure campaigns comply with gambling advertising and platform regulations.

What we’re looking for

Existing, active relationships within the iGaming acquisition ecosystem are essential.

We’re not looking for someone who needs six months to build a network. You should already know the key players, have a proven track record of securing placements and be able to generate commercial opportunities quickly.

Strong experience in iGaming, casino, sportsbook or performance marketing is required, along with experience managing acquisition budgets and negotiating directly with partners.
