Our client is a global technology and digital services company supporting some of the world's leading platforms, publishers, and technology businesses. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a German-speaking Customer Support Associate to join their international team.

Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers via email and live chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, working closely with internal teams when required.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate guidance and support.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Account Support, or a similar client-facing role.
Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working with CRM platforms and customer support tools.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Previous experience within technology, digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or online platforms would be advantageous.
