Payment Solutions Manager (Hybrid in Malta)
Our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating within the iGaming and online entertainment sector, is currently looking to hire a Payment Solutions Manager to join their team in Malta.

About the Role
As a Payment Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the company’s payment ecosystem, driving improvements across both customer experience and commercial performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal teams, taking ownership of payment products and partnerships while ensuring smooth delivery and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and develop scalable payment solutions
• Drive optimization initiatives across payment products with a focus on customer experience and commercial performance
• Onboard and manage relationships with payment providers and external partners
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, leveraging insights to improve payment experiences
• Lead payment-related projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
• Own data-driven analysis and transform insights into actionable recommendations and business decisions
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to identify customer pain points and prioritize improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth implementation and project execution
• Conduct research, gather feedback and support product validation before execution
Requirements:
• Previous experience within the payments space, ideally with exposure to both fiat and crypto payments within iGaming
• Strong understanding of payment products, customer journeys and operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive-level interactions
• Understanding of relevant compliance, legal and regulatory frameworks
• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
• Self-driven, proactive and highly results-oriented approach
Additional Information:
• Full-time permanent role based in Malta
• Hybrid/on-site working model
• Competitive salary package in the region of €45–65K gross annually
