Our client a games aggregator is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team 

This role will manage key accounting functions and reporting, ensuring good governance and sound accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end cycle, recording of IP, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inter-company reconciliations of the Group

• Managing the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365

•  Monitoring of cash flows, payments, and management of bank accounts

• Preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings

•  Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal financial controls

•  Assisting the CFO with the company’s financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis

• Assisting with statutory audits, preparation of financial statements and other regulatory submissions.

• Any additional finance related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, ACA or a similar qualification

•  A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, preferably in the Gaming industry

•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications

• Organised and detail-oriented person

• Self-motivated with an ability to manage and prioritise own workload
