Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the office infrastructure—from IT equipment and workspaces to utilities and supplies—runs flawlessly and efficiently.
• Executive & Commercial Support: Seamlessly coordinate all complex travel and hospitality (flights, hotels, events) for the leadership and commercial teams.
• Vendor Management & Negotiation: Take the lead with all suppliers and service providers, actively negotiating contracts and securing optimal terms, refunds, or upgrades.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Serve as the office's primary "fixer," anticipating needs and swiftly resolving unexpected logistical or administrative issues before they escalate.
• Office Environment: Maintain a focused, high-performance atmosphere where the team can concentrate on their work, even when the pace is intense.

Requirements:

• A natural organiser with a deep aversion to loose ends and a passion for project completion.
