Our client, a leading affiliate marketing company, is seeking a QA Architect who combines strong expertise in traditional QA with a passion for automation (especially Playwright). Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Design and manage automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Oversee functional, non-functional, and regression testing across products.
• Lead performance, load, and security testing initiatives.
• Mentor QA engineers and champion a quality-first culture.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure testability.
• Continuously improve processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software testing, including 2+ in a QA Lead/Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
• Knowledge of performance/security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC & STLC.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
