Office Administrator
We're currently assisting a prominent Corporate Service Provider with the recruitment of an Office Administrator for their team
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk duties
- Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents such as engagement letters
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for partners and staff
- Organise internal and external events, including logistics and catering
- Monitor and replenish office supplies; liaise with suppliers when needed
- Assist with diary management and scheduling of meetings
- Support various departments with ad hoc tasks and logistical arrangements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Presentable and well-groomed at all times, representing the front office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
