Our client, a growing aggregator in the iGaming industry  is searching for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements
• Advising on a wide range of commercial matters such as intellectual property, technology,and internal/service contracts
• Advising and supporting other departments as may be necessary
• Overseeing contractual obligations and maintaining contractual and regulatory relations
• Identifying legal issues, providing analysis of legal risks and assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions
• Liaising with external advisors and regulatory authorities
• Legal Research and staying abreast with regulatory updates
• Maintaining records of group policies and procedures and uphold them internally as well as towards relevant regulatory authorities
• Providing administrative support to the legal team as required


Qualifications:
• A Degree in Law.
• Experience in a similar, contracts-focused role in the iGaming industry
• Knowledge and understanding of online gaming legislation and industry best practices
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
• High level of attention to detail
• Works independently and requires little supervision
• Clear communicator, fluent in English.
