We’re seeking a driven and hands-on CFO to join our client, a new and ambitious iGaming startup. This role is ideal for a Finance Manager or Head of Finance looking to take the next step in their career. As CFO, you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee cash flow management and cost control
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support company objectives
• Work closely with external partners such as auditors, investors, and legal advisors

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming or a comparable fast-paced industry
• Prior exposure to Crypto Casinos is a strong plus
• Proven experience in finance leadership; team management experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Based in Cyprus (remote work allowed within the country)
